When you’re ready, begin.

What today’s rep trains

Today’s rep helps you notice what is shaping your state.

It helps you connect to presence before the next part of your day begins.

And it helps your body learn the path by:

  1. naming the moment

  2. setting your direction

  3. coming into your body

  4. seeing presence flowing into your day

  5. beginning your next hour feeling present!
