The 7-Day Presence Shift Starter Program

At The Presence Shift, we believe you can learn how to shift into a better state of mind and body whenever you choose. That’s why we put beautifully personalized (and fun) interactive mindfulness experiences at your fingertips, and navigate through our incredible states of mind, body and soul together.

The Starter Program is the best way to begin your presence shifting journey.  ‘7 days’ is our recommended timeframe for completing the Starter Program. However, it’s most important to complete the program at a pace that works for you. You can move though any part of the program any time you’re ready by clicking the links below.  After completing the Starter Program, subscribers are able to continue presence shifting on your their schedule as well.
