Notice where fatigue lives in your body.

That’s enough.


Intend

As you exhale, set a simple intention:

I intend to become fully present over the next few minutes.

Feel that permission land.


Focus

Bring your attention into your body.

Feel your weight being held.

Soften your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Notice the quiet buzz of your body.

Now listen—
to sounds near and far,
and to the silence underneath them.

Stay here for a few breaths.


Flow

From this present state, ask:

What’s the next step of my day?

Not the biggest step—
just the honest one.

See it clearly.


Begin

What’s the first 10-second action you’ll take to begin?

When you’re ready—

begin.

Stay present.
