Watch This First: 10-Minute Introduction to Your Year of Presence

Official Introduction (2026)

If it’s been a while, start by watching this — this is where your 2026 Year of Presence really begins.

Welcome back, friend.

On December 7th, I shared the trailer for The Presence Shift Masterclass Movie and introduced the new ‘Masterclass’ format we’ll be using here in 2026—a year-long, science-based training to live with more presence.

Today’s post is different.

This 10-minute video is your first real taste of the Presence Shift Masterclass system—part story, part orientation, and a brief taste of presence during the video itself.

Think of today as your on-ramp to your Year of Presence: a simple, grounded introduction you can return to whenever you want to remember what this work is about and why it matters.

On the next two Sundays in December, you’ll receive short posts that introduce the science and the ‘quiet revolution’ this Year of Presence is connected to—the deeper “why” underneath everything we’re building here.

Here’s that science in a nut shell:

And, here’s what you’ll find in the full 10-min video

In this ~10-minute introduction, you will:

  • Hear why I created The Presence Shift Masterclass in the first place

  • Get a feel for The Three Introductory Presence Shifts.

  • Slow down enough to get a brief taste of presence as you watch—just enough to feel what we’re aiming to deepen all year long

This video is not the full training or a complete step-by-step practice—that starts on Jan 4th, 2026.

This is the “why this, why now, and why you” of the work we’re going to do together. Here’s a clip about that if you have two minutes right now:

What comes after this?

Starting in early January, paid members will receive:

  • Presence Shift 1 – Foundation
Your first core weekly ritual Presence Shift (12-minute version, plus 5-minute and 2-minute versions).

  • Weekly Presence Shifts in 10 / 5 / 2 minutes
New guided Presence Shifts most weeks, designed for real patterns like:
morning dread, night-time anxiety, after a conflict, grief waves, midday overwhelm, and more.

  • The Presence Shift Masterclass (audio)
A four-chapter audio Masterclass, adapted from the book, with guided Presence Shifts at the end of each chapter.

  • The downloadable PDF book
The Presence Shift Masterclass: How I Learned the 5 Inner Steps.

  • Live group Masterclass experiences with me (Dr. Sean) during 2026.

  • Early and exclusive access to the full Presence Shift Masterclass Movie Later in 2026.

All of it is built to help the 5 Inner Steps—Answer → Intend → Focus → Flow → Begin—become second nature in your nervous system, so you can shift yourself into a better day anytime.

That’s what our year-long Masterclass is all about.
